This fall Nintendo will be making your digital-DeLorean driven trip back to the ’80s a lot easier by re-releasing an updated classic NES system in all its 8-bit nostalgia-ridden gloriousness.
The NES Classic Edition system will be a miniaturized version of the groundbreaking NES, originally released in 1985.
While the Nintendo Entertainment System was the gaming company’s first console-based platform, the new system will come pre-loaded with 30 of its classic games, including The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., and Donkey Kong Jr!
The NES re-release will officially begin on Nov. 1, over 30 years since the original was released back in Sept. of 1985.
