Before you start reading, I’m not going to review the new wonder woman film, there’s no point.
The Jungle Book returns triumphantly to the big screen in an action-packed, beautifully filmed masterpiece that translates into cinematic gold! When DIsney’s trailer for the ‘live-action’ adaptation of the childhood book we all know and love dropped early last year, to say I was excited would be an understatement.

Of all the years I remember, 2015 was the year that really seemed to fly by. Both sad and elated to see the end of it, this year has brought some real challenges as well as some fond memories. While I’m glad to be able to look back on it, I’m left feeling somewhat wistful and nostalgic at the prospect of another year. Nonetheless, I am excited, if not slightly apprehensive to see what 2016 has in store for me!

The Hallow not without its merits was little more than a horror movie rich in influence but lacking in execution. It failed to deliver any fresh twists to the horror genre or even in the story, even as a straightforward monster thriller it failed to stimulate, thanks to creature designs that were frankly old fashioned and the lack of any sympathetic characters.
