I like receiving mail, who doesn’t? The more I read and watched about Not Another Bill’s monthly subscription service, the more I convinced myself it was something I needed in my life.
Slightly obsessed with subscriptions boxes earlier this year, having around 8 set up over the summer, I couldn’t quite justify spending that amount of money on myself, especially when I would have literally no idea what I was receiving. Don’t get me wrong 24 bucks a month on designer items isn’t a bad deal, but I could never get past the payments page.
Their idea is a simple one: a subscription service where a surprise ‘hand-selected’ present is delivered to you or your chosen recipient once a month.
Each ‘carefully curated & beautifully wrapped’ item that arrives on your doorstep is chosen to suit the tastes on your online profile, which takes less than 2 minutes to set up.
This year, after feeling a little down before my birthday, and after I realised I’d missed some pretty spectacular items in the past, I bit the bullet and signed up.
Now before you read my verdict, don’t get me wrong. I know this subscription is a gamble, and that they have had some truly wonderful gifts in previous boxes.
I had always heard of NAB’s amazing knack for choosing the perfect item every time, but I have to say I was less than thrilled when I opened my box.
Kitchen items weren’t in my interests, and I literally have no use for these ‘salt and pepper’ shakers. If I’m going off of first impressions, I honestly wouldn’t sign up again.
My first Not Another Bill box arrived today, I WAS excited but feel a little let down. Not my taste at all. #NotAnotherBill

I’m willing to give them another ago for December, but only time will tell, in that I might cancel it before then.
